Our System

To make our products as easy to understand as possible, we have two version. The Phase system is more analytical, and the River system is more adaptive. Both have the same steps and are the same system, just shown two different ways.

Phase System

Phase 0–1 — intake and orientation. Where are we, what documents exist, what's the current legal reality. This is where your five intake questions live (where you're at now, what you want, the obstacles, family agreement, what you want from me), and where CROWNED orientation and the FL/SAF surface scan begin.

Phase 2 — diagnostic. What people actually want, and what architectures are conceivable. The desires-and-terrain layer.

Phase 3 — technical validation / feasibility. Will this hold? Stress-testing and practical application.

Phase 4 — execution / handoff. The decision has run its course as a strategy question and now passes to the professionals (attorneys, CPAs, brokers, foresters) to execute the "how."

River System

Headwater = Phase 0–1. Orientation, inventory, starting conditions. Where are we, what's here, how are we beginning.

Creek = Phase 2. Desires and the basic forward terrain.

River = Phase 3. Feasibility and practical application.

Outlet = Phase 4. The point where the river joins a larger river or body of water, signifying the decision has run its course on its own and now needs something different to carry it forward. You specifically built this to signal handoff without implying the client failed to figure it out, it's just the geography of the process.
