Every engagement at Proctor and King starts in the same place: the conversation about what to do with land, money, and family. Those conversations are always thorny, and they're almost always someone's first. Our work is to be in them while the what and the why are still forming, so that by the time you reach an attorney, a forester, or a broker, you already know what you want and why.
Not every situation needs the same thing. Some clients have one specific issue they want isolated feedback on. Others want to work through a phase at a time. And some want the full Phase system from the start. The three ways of working below are simply different doors into the same approach, and we'll help you find the one that fits.
One Off Consultations
For some clients, there's a highly specific issue they want isolated feedback on. At P&K, that's something we're happy to provide. It's a set number of hours, fewer than five, billed at $250 an hour.
Limited Engagements
In certain situations, clients want to commit to one phase at a time, or buy a block of hours (more than five) for a more complex issue, or one that needs more dedicated attention. Priced by request, based on scope.
The Proctor & King System
This is our full Phase system, a long-term commitment to our advisory services. At P&K we strive to give clients our most thorough and complete effort, and we feel the best way to do that is through a full execution of our process. Given the scope of a long-term engagement, pricing is set through an exploratory process tailored to your situation.
